      How do I add music to Muvi?

      Connect Muvi via the included USB-C cable — it appears as a USB drive on your computer. Drag and drop your music files directly into the Music folder. No software required. Works with Windows, Mac, and Linux.

      Does Muvi work with Bluetooth headphones?

      Yes — Bluetooth 5.0 pairs fast and stays stable with any wireless earbuds or headphones. There's also a 3.5mm jack for wired listening. Switch between outputs in the Settings menu.

      Can I listen to audiobooks?

      Absolutely. The dedicated audiobook player supports A-B repeat, bookmarks, and variable playback speed — great for long listens. It supports the same wide range of audio formats as the music player.

      Can Muvi play videos and photos?

      Yes — video playback and a photo viewer are both included. Transfer files via USB-C the same way as music. The 2.4" colour screen is compact but great for personal viewing on the go.

      Is MuviPod covered by a warranty?

      Yes, MuviPod is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. Reach out to our support team any time if something isn't working as expected.

      How to add music

      Load your own library onto MuviPod in under two minutes — no app, no account, no subscription.

      On the device, press the centre button to confirm "Turn on USB storage."

      MuviPod appears as a drive on your computer. Open the "Music" folder inside it.

      How to add video & photos

      MuviPod plays HD video and doubles as a pocket photo viewer — same process as adding music, different folder.

      Open the "Videos" or "Photos" folder depending on what you're adding.

      Drag in your files. Videos need to be .mp4 and 720p or lower to play back smoothly.

      How to add custom themes

      Open the "Themes" folder on the drive that appears.

      Unzip your downloaded theme, then drag the whole theme folder in here.

      How to pair Bluetooth

      How to add audiobooks

      MuviPod remembers your place, so you can pick up long listens exactly where you left off.

      Open the "Audiobooks" folder specifically — this matters.

      Drag your audiobook files in. Files placed elsewhere are treated as music, not audiobooks.
